Bad Sales Service and dishonnest agents operating at Mastercars hatfiled

I'm so disappointed at the sales service received from Nakita Mangala and Solly. How can a vehicle advertised for R399 000.00 suddenly increase to R459 000 then decrease to R429 000 and no one clearly justifies why? Is it a sales tactic? or simply incompetence.

The attached picture clearly shows what the vehicle was advertised for, I called first to enquire before driving from Joburg to Pretoria on Thursday 14th of April 2022. During our phone conversation, Nakita confirmed that the vehicle is available and on sale for R399 000.

As soon as we started the purchase process, the price of the vehicle started escalating. The sales agents (Nikita & Solly) at Mastercars are not trustworthy. How do you avoid my phone calls and advise your colleague to phone me advising me to pay more whilst my application was approved by the bank?
