Bad customer service

<p>The bad customer service</p> <p>I booked my car @ 7h45 am and asked for the car to be serviced while waiting .</p> <p>the car was no attended to until enquiring @ about 2hoo pm ...</p> <p>the service technician Leon jacokbs only updated me after enquiry at service desk .</p> <p>the manager promised to assist me and have to wait for an hour an half </p> <p>it's now 3h50 pm no progress report ...</p> <p>bad experience indeed</p>
