ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM VW HATEFIELD

Hatefield Vw has been the worst since day one we have purchased our vehicle there customer service is so bad and they did not want to help with any repairs and faults that they are liable for. We have been fighting for 3 years to get our car fixed and just stopped fighting even VW south Africa did nothing about it they all stick together.

I called today to get information on my motor warranty holded for 20 minutes only for the line to get cut.

I don't know how they are names number one dealership if all the do is make excuses and can't back there theories and feedback that they gave us.

I would never recommend anyone buy a car from VW HATFIELD we have even heard by passed staff how ***** they are.

They even took our battery out of our vehicle and said they swop cars batteries from time to time eventually they replaced it but what else have they done to our vehicle in there care if they capable of doing something like that.

Absolutely disgusted in the way that the have treated us, especially Richard Jordaan not sure of his surname but he is one of the managers.

I hope this spreads all over so no other customer feels they way we do
