I bought a car in January at VW Northcliff, it was preowned 2018 model. To my surprise, within a week, I was hearing noise on the left front weel, and the gear transmission, it started to give me issues. I call the sales man, by the name of Nasan he told me he will get back to me. He got back to me After a month, he told me that his Manager, Mr Derrick suggested you take it to local VW service. I went to Polokwane, branch and they needed money for inspection and I revert back to them since I didn't have to waste. In two months my car was not, fixed its started to show signs, and there was a oil leak behind the gearbox. As if it was not enough a local guy who owns panel beater workshop revealed that the was involved in accident, and he pointed out signs, I started to be worried I called the guys, sales manager and the sales person, and were seldom to help. I involved the bank and the principal dealer was aware of my story. I drove to northcliff to drop off the car, they said they will fix, but the fact that they didn't disclose that the car was involved in the accident I was not happy. I told them that I need a car that was accident free of the same value, my story was not taken.
