Superlative Service

On or about the 22 June 2019 in the afternoon my VW Passat's coil light started flashing while driving in the Eikenhof area. I immediately called the Hatfield Vw Northcliff Dealership for assistance. I was put through a gentleman called Quintos, I hope I got his name right, who suggested that i bring in the vehicle as they might need to look into the cause of this light coming on. This guy actually promised to wait until I got there even though it was almost knockoff time.

Believing that there might be a serious problem with the car, he suggested that I have to leave the vehicle and will be attended to first thing on Monday, 24 June 2019.

I agreed to all this despite not having a ride back home in the South of Jhb. The same gentleman offered to drive me home in his personal vehicle. Talk about quality service --- I appreciate every moment I visit Hatfield VW Northcliff
