New parts being replaced by old parts when the car taken for service

Very sad 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭, I took my Brand New polo Vivo 2024, with reg no: ****MZGP for 30 000,second service, it came back with loose fan and dented Radiator and overheating, Am very sad 😭😭😭😭😭😭
