Hatfield Northcliff Service Advisor Irfaan Ally.

I am a proud vw driver both a defective band new polo after losing all hope and faith I took my car to hatfield northclift for its 30 000 km service, not only did they manage to sort the defects out but service was brilliant excellent if I may put it in that way. Long story short my service technician Irfaan Ally deserve an award not just for service excellence but for communication and customer care and advising, he truly has a passion for his work and really goes the extra mile above and beyond when dealing with the people that bring their vehicle in to their dealership. I would recommend vw hatfield to any vw driver make a turn their and see for your self and if its for a service or advice ask for Irfaan Ally (Technician/Service advisor) trust me on that one truly a blessing and hard worker Hatfield Northcliff should value him they are also lucky to have him as their employee.
