Great Service

We had our car in for a service at Hatfield VW Northcliff this week. All the staff was friendly from the get go. When we got there Vincent helped us with all the documents and booked our car in, answered all our questions etc. When we went to collect the car Vincent came to help us with the invoice personally and brought our car to the gate for us. Vincent was also the technician working on the car. It was really great to receive such great and friendly service. Vincent we thank you for your amazing service with a smile.
