WORST SERVICE. MISSED WORN BRAKES ON 90000KM SERVICE

Terrible service. Took my car in for a 90000km service. Advisor quoted me over R7000 for everything including “worn shocks”. A few days later I hear a grinding noise when applying the brakes. Took it back to them. Apparently they forgot to check the brakes which were completely worn out. Drove around in a car that I thought was fully serviced but actually wasn’t. Shocking. Would not expect this from VW. I took my car to VW Claremont and VW Hatfield Pretoria and neither have disappointed. Will not take my car back to VW Bryanston again.
