VW POLO TSI COMFORTLINE DSG - defective car. Do not buy!!

I bought the new VW polo tsi comfortline dsg around September 2018. The car was brand new with only 12km on the clock. As a first time buyer I took the plunge to buy a first hand car so I don't find myself stranded since I know close to nothing about fixing cars. Fast forward to now, February 2020 that decision to buy a VW is probably the worst decision of my life. First the cars front break pads locked causing a squeaky sound from the front wheels, it went in 3 times for repairs with VW Newcastle before May 2019. Second the fuel pump packed up leaving me stranded at 9pm in the night. Called VW assist and they're towers came 2.5 hours later when it took my brother 30min to get there. Then VW Newcastle gave me hassles about giving me a courtesy car while they are doing repairs. In had to fight with the manager to get one for at least an hour. Third, the most recent, January 2020 the car is in for repairs again after it was vibrating excessively. This the technician first told me the engine misfired. Stranded again, VW Newcastle refused to give me a courtesy car. 2 days later they call and tell me the car was vibrating because of a software update that needed to be done.

Further there has been two recalls on this model. The first was to fix seatbelts that were defective, the second was to fix the handbrake. The handbrake has been fixed twice now and still is defective!

I have written extensive emails to VWSA from back in March April of 2019 because I feel cheated having to pay the full price for a defective product. They responded saying they're not gonna refund me and will continue to fix it under warranty. Vehicle ombudsman was of no help whatsoever.

VW has proven to me and my family that they are not avreputable brand to be trusted or re**** upon! My advise is don't buy VW, they're service leaves much to be desired and they're cars, at least the VW POLO TSI COMFORTLINE DSG is not reliable and they are not willing to account for it.
