to the ladies. just a fyi. ask vw for terms and conditions on service plans.

i bought a extended service plan for my car for an extra 5 years or 150 thousand kms. vw advised me a major service will be covered including a camblet change. they gave me no other stipulates terms. i sent my car in. vw took a whole week. i paid them R11883 . i was charge 3 2800 plus 680 for the cambelt. i asked why. because vws rules are that is will only be changed in 2024 or ***km. but its due now for a change. so the plan wont cover it. and if it not reqiured to be covered in the next 2 years. they wont change it. clearly i should have never bought the service plan. i was a bmw driver before. il be changing my car this year. i will never buy a vw again. their service department is terrible
