VW Braynston - THEFT and NUMBER PLATES ****** (WARNING!)

WARNING: 2 x separate incidents of THEFT (including number plates ******). I have had my car for a service at VW Bryanston where I had multiple incidents of theft including number plates that were ****** from my boot!!!!.

The dealer principle (Damon) was not willing to resolve my claim on the number plates matter nor pickup the cost to remedy the ********ity of employees in their workshop, based on a lame excuse that my claim was only reported 3.5 weeks later (only when I realized these plates were ******) seems like crime has a time limit to what applies at this dealership.

Summary of what has been ******:

First Service: Umbrella

Second Service: Towbar cap (yes a piece of plastic on the towbar!!!) and more concerningly a set of number plates I kept in the boot from when I purchased the car.

My advice: Stay away!!
