Terribly disappointed!

Took my car in for a service today. Have used them before and they were brilliant. Today I was allocated Cameron( Tall Indian gentleman) and Thuvan assisted. I detailed my concerns quite clearly only to find out my oil was changed only. The changes I approved in the form of my thermostat, water pump and wheel bearing remain unchanged. His excuse irritated me more...he misunderstood me even though my English was quite direct...via a call and email. Disappointed like no other..what an absolute waste of my time!!!
