Shocking customer service VW Hatfield Bryanston

Extremely poor service advisor attitude (Devin). Rude, unwilling to help and aggressive in response to a problem with my maintenance plan documentation which was at the fault of VW South Africa! Won’t be rushing back to service my vehicle here. Also lack of responses by management to these HP reviews says a lot about how the branch is being managed. Wake up Hatfield VW Bryanston
