Vw is really disappointing me, i bought my car last year November as a brand new vehicle , first month after collecting the car had factory fault, now the same fault that happened a year i go is happening now..., on the 14.12. 2019. Yesterday when i call to check when im getting the vehicle, i was told that i would only get my car next year and if i have a problem, i should complian to VW SA.

I complain at vw sa on Monday the said the will come back to me yesterday. Yesterday the were like i should speak with vw in Bryanston.... I spent my birthday without a car had to use public transport... The not even thinking of giving me car hire Im so disappointed i don't want anything to do with vw....
