PAT MULAUDZI DISHONEST AND INEXPERIENCED

Pat Mulaudzi is a dishonest and inexperienced technician. I brought my car in for service yesterday. And I also wanted them to check why the car kept overheating.

The service was done and as I was driving out of the dealership, the overheating light came on. So I called and asked to speak to Pat Mulaudzi and told him I was bringing the car back. He sent some other technician out who poured anti-freeze into the water tank and told me the car would be fine. Obviously it wasn't.

Had to drive the car back in again today. Today he tells me the car is mixing oil and water and there is a leak in the engine. He obviously knew all of this yesterday. And the printout of the diagnostic report which highlighted that the problem had yesterday's date.

The standard at VW Bryanston used to be very high and the technicians used to be honest and knowleadgeable. Pat Mulaudzi **** so the invoiced amount would be high and he could earn his commission.

My advise is DON'T BOOK YOUR CAR UNDER PAT MULAUDZI. He is a shifty **** and knows very little about car mechanics.
