Leakage on my Polo TSI after major service.

I took my car in for a major service on the 13/05/2019 and I paid R10089.00 from yesterday late I noticed a leakage from the car oozing from the engine and I took it in on the 23/05/2019 took the car in as I was worried why is this happening?

The technician by the name of Len Pillay went and spoke to the manager regarding what was happening as I was told that I would need to leave the car for ''investigation'' the manager was already highlighting before the actual investigation how parts ''fail'' I was forced to leave the dealer without my vehicle and was forced to use public transport to commute to work which I started at 14:00 and I get off work at 23:00.

Len got back to me at 11:30 telling me that the water pump had been damaged which was releasing the coolant to some water pump rubber causing this pitch black oil looking like liquid to leak from the engine/ bonnet.

I am now without a car! I am told I need to pay R8000 odd rand to get this fixed yet my car had not been leaking EVER since how convenient that after 9 days of service the water pump and some rubber are now worn out?

I am deeply disappointed in this level of service, my car has always been touched by a qualified VW technician and to be told after a major service that I need to pay this amount to have this part fixed is absurd.

I feel that my incompetence or rather lack of knowledge when it comes to a car is being taken advantage of and it seems that no one is willing to hear me out as the technician called me boldly telling me how I was trying to blame him? excuse me I have never fixed a car in my life hence I have always brought the car to its home to get fixed?

I use my car on an everyday basis and cannot afford to be without it especially in a broken condition.
