I was ripped of R2,400.00 by Hatfield VW Bryanston

I am very frustrated, I was ****** an amount of R2,400.00 because they said they did a service on my car which nothing was done due to the head-gasket being damaged and I had take the car somewhere else. I was made to pay that amount for service which was not done and now they don't want to refund my money. I really need to get a manager to solve my problem before I go to the ombudsman.
