Horrible Service & Repairs

Early Dec 2017 I sent my VW Jetta to Hatfield VW in Bryanston for a repair of a knock that was coming from the front-right corner as well as the vibration that occurred when my driver's window was rolled halfway. The car was being serviced by Kevin (very conversational guy). When I fetched my car a day later, he confirmed that the issues have been resolved. 3-days later I heard the same issues coming back and I called Kevin. He told me there is nothing he can do, I should raise a Technical Request with VW. I complained about this in the follow-up VW rating call I received. In Jan 2018 (first week), Kevin called and complained that my rating is affecting his salary. He, again, promised to look at the car and asked me to come in for inspection. When I got there we went for a drive and he confirmed that the issues are still there. He said he will book the car in and call me. I have been waiting for over 3-weeks for that call. I even called the and left a message (and even sent him an sms) to no avail. This kind of service and incomplete repair is appalling for a Dealership that was apparently rated Number 1 on service.
