The absolute worst experience to buying a new car and trust me not the best deals you can get. Shop around and don't fall for their stories. We went in too buy a new Tiguan and negotiated a deal with Shafiek. The approval was complete with Mfc at a predetermined interest rate and monthly repayment. We where just literally waiting for the car to be delivered to sign and complete the deal. The sale advisor contacts me 30 times a day even though a agreement was made. I advised him i am in a meeting and will call him back, he blatently ignores my whatsapp and continues calling my phone, i had too litteraly block the number to complete my meeting. The same harrassive behavior happenes on my wifes phone. She choose to ignore. Neverless back to the point, i decided to call him back after the meeting for him to tell me that another bank came back with a beter interest rate and that my repayment way substantially lower, i then asked him to put it into writing. Upon him forwarding the info it was nothing as discussed and values and figure had changed substantially. What happened next is pretty self explanatory. Vw dealership of the year what ever. The point being never change import facts ie. Cost of vehicle, add ons, interest rates, monthly repayments like you feel like it and make sure of your facts. A car purchase is a business decision and should be handled like that with proffesionalism. Someone really dropped the ball. I will not support this dealership ever again.
