Student Living rental apartments

My son lived in Hatfield Studios this year. Had many electrical problems which I had to fight for to resolve. The wifi connection was disastrous. Suddenly in the last 3 months he had to pay a cleaning fee where no cleaning was done. If I paid 1 day late and I was R 1 off, I received a legal letter saying i was being handed over. Now I have been waiting for my deposit to be refunded since 6 November and to date still cannot get my deposit even though an inspection was done and the unit was in perfect order. This is a disgrace! Bleeding parents dry for student living!
