Management and Refund

The first worst student residence that I’ve ever encountered when it comes to their management. I made a refund request in October 2024, now it’s February 2025, I haven’t gotten a cent. There’s a lady by the name Milla who has been making me run in circles for the past 4 months. I need that money for registration at UP but now I’m stuck because they don’t want to refund me. They don’t let students go out if they owe money, but when they owe you they will have you run around like a headless chicken. When I call them now they don’t pick up or they hang up or just give me a number that doesn’t exist claiming it’s the accounts number. I have never experienced such things in my life, and no one is helping me! Save yourself and don’t go to Hatfield Studios.
