Hatfield studios student accommodation
For almost 2 months I'm struggling to get refund for 2 months rent plus depost, i have sent all the necessary documents and for the last 2weeks they keep saying money should be in end of the week, They owe us just above 20k and the money is needed for registration and new accommodation.
They super rude when you speak on the phone with them and keep picking up new problems on the system, like documents that still needs to be submitted

15 Feb 2024, 09:35I don't know if Hatfield studios saw my post or they were contacted by hellopeter but they called us talking in a correct manner. They promised to deposit the funds yesterday and its was quite the whole day. We called for follow up and they promised it's gonna reflect at night. We've been at this for 2 months and my child depends on these funds for registration and her classes are starting on the 19th feb.
So I guess the just wanted us to take down this post because after all the promises they asked us to take down the posts. These people are ******, have no sense of urgency and have no manners. I feel so bad for the new intakes
