Extremely Bad

Very bad service. App**** for a refund of the money I had left on my account as credit. And I’ve waited for more than a month for it. I’ve sent more than 10 emails, called them countless times and they always say they will get back to me. I need that money for textbooks at my new school. They also took money (from my credit)for a “December rental” , when I left in NOVEMBER ! When I told the accountant there she said it was a Mistake ! .
