Omoda Fourways Bad Service

Good day, I bought my car last year in December at Omoda Fourways my 1st installment was last week on the 27 January with R8000 money back for the month of January. Last week I received a call from Omoda stating that the money had been allocated to my bank and would receive my money in 48 hours. It's been 5 days now I havent received anything everytime I call them they give me a run around telling me they are busy investigating. I was warned about Omoda customer service by two people who bought cars there regarding the money allocation issues. This is unacceptable and bad customer service, it's my 1st brand new car and I am starting to not enjoy it because of this bad service.
