When will Ford SA anx Hatfield motor group acknowlege a fault? When some dies.... Too late.

I purchased a new Ecosport Titanium A/T after trading in my manual which served me well. At 42000km I experienced loss of power on load. My gearbox was subsequently changed. Todate I still have those problems along with grinding noises. According to Ford SA and the service specialist and CEO of the Hatfield Motor Group this is normal.
