Bad Service

Ford Fury Midrand concerns. There seem to be a trend (See below Reviews) Ford has now closed my case with them as it is taking to long to resolve. Yet I as the client has no response as long as it is business as usual – No responsibility to the client. Yet clearly there is no aftersales Service as long as Ford can move on to the next concern and deal with matters in the same way. These are just a few of the reviews below. I never declined anything I am not happy with the way Ford is managing this problem. How can a vehicle with Full Service History at 33804kms have such problems. Then I was told by the Service Manager that these things can happen. I certainly do not believe that. I have this vehicle for 5years and there is no way that I drive my vehicle badly and my vehicle is well taken care of. I believe that and certainly have pictures of everything as I left it at Ford Fury and these will be checked. My vehicle goes in for a service early in the morning and I only receive it back late in the afternoon. I have all the right to do everything in my power to sort out this matter. How does a vehicle have these concerns at this low mileage. See the quotes attached.

Rightfully it’s taking to long. Then I feel that I am being in no uncertain terms forced into making decisions. I was told the vehicle cannot be there indefinitely. Then Ford can strip this vehicle and give me a report. This is a Ford matter. I believe a diagnostic can be done on an engine. Ford should also know about fuel system issues as this seems to be a common problem among these vehicles. Something was overlooked at my last service and not even brought up with the service when I received my invoice. Not even advise me that I should run a diagnostic. I entrust my vehicle at a reputable Dealership, not just any other place. A Dealership. Most vehicle owners receive a diagnostic report. Not told by a Service Manager that they are there to only perform the Service and only that. This is a Dealership and should know better, Clearly something was overlooked and now it is at my expense. I need this sorted and the vehicle has been there since the 03rd December 2024 and clearly Ford is taking this matter very lightly instead of trying to help me as a client. Not give me the idea of help and yet there cost are covered at 100% and playing me for a fool. That is excluding labour at R 1500.00 per hour and parts and other. Then the vehicle can just a well be written off/ recalled/ replaced or assist in rectifying the matter.
