My wedding flowers were old and brown

I ordered white roses for my wedding day for the bouquets, button holes, corsages and for the tables. I specifically went to a service provider who was close to my venue so that they could deliver fresh flowers on the day. This was what I was promised. A few hours before the ceremony the flowers arrived and they were old and brown. I was so humiliated by them. After the wedding I contacted Livia to tell her about my experience and she was adamant that the flowers were white when they left her shop. Unfortunately my wedding photos are proof of something different.
