Non paying and arrogant. Very bad.

Watch out for this company and their Director. They will lease a property with you, pay the deposit and first months rent and thereafter not pay a cent further. They will lie and deceive you and rack up thousands in unpaid utilities and rent. We are currently owed in excess of R 50 000,00.

The Director of this company is VERY arrogant. He knows well how to abuse the legal system to his advantage to avoid having to pay rent or vacate the property.

STAY AWAY from Hatati Asset Management - they are not what they perceive to be and will cost you money.
