The best customer service by a business ever!!!!

I wrote to this business (***) about changes I wanted to have done on my wife's Tshwane account, as they wanted my wife who is currently overseas, to come in personally to do the changes although I have sent them our Unabbridged married certificate, for a surname change ONLY. When I explained to them that it is impossible for her to come in personally as they have suggested she does, they suggested she reregister her flat at the Deeds office for the new surname to take effect.🙈. I was referred to Hasslefreesolutions for help, and ...WAIT FOR IT!!!!....IN A MATTER OF 4 HOURS THE CHANGES WERE DONE AT TSHWANE BY THIS WONDERFUL CUSTOMER ORIENTATED AND FRIENDLY BUSINESS.!!!!!! Well done Christelle and Gary at Hasslefreesolutions for your fantastic service which is absolutely unheard of in South Africa, nevermind Pretoria!!!
