Late Delivery

My wife contacted Sherryl from Hassle-Free Kids Party (Broadacres) to hire kids tables, chairs, table clothes and balloons for my sons party. My wife paid the full amount, weeks before the party. She was in constant communication with Sherryl during the week of the party and Sherryl confirmed via email that they would deliver everything by 8:30am. On the day of the party nothing arrived at the agreed time. After numerous attempts to contact Sherryl she finally answered (10:00am) and said that she was not sure where her delivery van was but would phone us immediately with an answer. She never phoned back. We phoned Sherryl again at (11:30am) and she was arrogant and unprofessional on telephone telling us that she can not organize anything while being on the phone with us. The delivery van finally arrived at 12:20am. Party had already began with kids waiting for table and chairs. To top it all off, they only brought one gentleman to setup everything. In the end my guests helped set everything up. <br> This is definitely NOT a Hassle-Free experience as their name suggests and I would NOT recommend her to anyone.
