NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HASSIMS. My son went to buy a bicycle from Hassims in Van Der Hoff Street, Pretoria Gardens. He paid R2000 for this bicycle and left. Less than 4 blocks from the shop the tyre climbed off the rim. He whatsapp'd the salesman and was told he could bring this rim back. When he got there, they tried to make him pay for it. He proceeded to call me and when the salesman heard me say to him that he needs to get his father on the line this man quickly said that they would fix it this time but that he will have to pay next time, bearing in mind he had not even had the bicycle for 20 minutes. After my son hung up the phone on me the 'salesman' proceeded to ask my son if he is stupid or 'don't you understand what I'm F&%^ing saying'. He also said 'Don't ever whatsapp me with the F*%$ing **** again'. First you sell substandard goods in your store then your staff treat customers like ******* and *****s. You need to check yourself sir and behave like a person and not an animal. Incase you are not aware, there is such a thing as the consumer protection act and if you don't watch yourself, you will find yourself on the wrong side of the law. You are a bunch of thieving, lying **** artists. So disappointing. I will NEVER buy anything from you again and will ALWAYS advise other people to stay far away from your store.
