Worst service ever

We Phoned HASPEX yesterday to ask if they had scaffolding planks and would they be able to cut them to size for us if we travelled down to them the following day, "yes no problem" their response. Living 250km away from where they are situated we travelled early this morning to HASPEX. On arrival not one sales person or staff member even tries to assist You. Eventually we got a person to assist us. We paid for our purchase and were told it would be done immediately. In this time if 5 customers came in it was alot. No one offered assistance and everyone walks around doing there own thing. We went to a meeting, etc. On our return 3hrs later, nothing had been done, no was even interested in trying to get it resolved or sorted out. They had no problem taking our money but giving it back was an issue!! The Manager was conveniently on leave. The Gentleman's response was "I am sorry but there isn't much I can do". HASPEX can rest assure as there is lots i can do about it. I am in the building industry and hospitality industry and everyone will get to hear about our shocking experience of beyond poor service, lack of customer service, disinterest in their jobs and clients and poor attitude.
