Poor service from their staff

This company is terrible the sales team are in a rush to make money out of you and they don't care about what you need and plan accordingly, firstly it was an account we opened by it was approved and we were promised to come down on Monday two weeks ago, and this account is one of the elderly people they are chronic so he had to walk there only to find out that the account was not yet financed and he had to wait for two days and no communication stall again they went there and still it was not done they promised Tuesday last week and they went again and still it was not done, I had to wait for hours at their branch to get the damn account approved and what bothered me the most was the lack of support from their staff. What a terrible service
