Finally resolved

I bought a few items at Haspex on the 29 July including concrete mix, because the concrete mix was from the warehouse, it was not delivered the day, after the looting happened, I called the head office trying to find out if the delivery of the concrete mix will be done, up to now nothing has been done, Daniel from called 2 weeks ago took down my details and promised to call me back FINALLY i received my order yesterday almost 2 months later . I understand the looting caused problems, but still I'm also a customer who expects feedback at least. Their service has been terrible.
