Hasp Appliance Spares - Worst, arrogant service ever!

I bought a PCB for a Samsung washing machine from them on BOB Shop. The part did not even last a full month.

I reached out to the seller and was told, in not as many words, that I am on my own. No further communication received even after I told them that everything tested fine up to the PCB, which rules out other problems.

They went as far as to edit my positive rating to negative on BOB after I gave them a negative review due to not receiving feedback from them. They actually had the cheek to tell me no-one has a monopoly on negative ratings in an e-mail. Whoever does their communication and customer feedback needs a serious schooling on customer relations.

I would steer clear if customer service and quality spares is to be expected- would highly not recommend.
