Bad Service

<p>I went to Hasmed Pharmacy on the 8th of October 2016, the times on the door stipulates that the store opens at 9am, the manager of the store rocks up at 9h15- customers are waiting outside the store,he just walks past as if he was doing us a huge favour, he has no smile on his face, he did not greet or apologise for the late opening of the store, once all the staff got into the store it took another 5mins to open for business, really this is unexceptable, a simple apologie would have been nice, I have been supporting this pharmacy for the past 7 years and purchase all my husbands medication as their prices are quite reasonable as well. 20 minuts of my time was wasted because of this.It costs nothing to greet or smile and be pleasant.</p>
