75cm is the same as 100cm

Absolutely flabbergasted by sheer disregard of customers. I called into the shop several times enquiring about a storage container of specific measurements. I what's app the business and again gave specific measurements of what I need. Telephonically and via what's app I was assured they have what I required and ordered an additional amount I requested. I get to the store which is an hours drive away as they are the only store that has stock only to be met with utter nonsense. By plain sight I could see the vessel isn't 100cm/1m, I asked the lady at the till to measure, she uses measuring tape then says it's almost.... , she leaves to call the lady who I spoke to assuring me of measurements comes back and says she will measure with a ruler so its accurate. Then lies and says it's 80cm it's "almost" 1m,upon checking myself it's 75cm.the lady then comes and insisted EVERYONE At the store and EVERYONE At the warehouse measured it and it's 1m. I'm telling her it's 75cm how can EVERYONE get it wrong. The lady is still saying it's 1m inspite of her measuring it and it's 75cm. Why hire ppl who can not differentiate between 75cm and 100cm, while using measuring tape. This lady didn't seem to be bothered at all no apology no nothing just completely delusional. She should be placed at the back to pack, load and off load trucks, just don't allow her to count boxes. I drove an hour 1 way that's my time and fuel wasted. Do better for heavens sake
