Terrible service, refusing to repay money for undelivered product

I enlisted the services of HashtagCV Pro to provide the following: - Update my CV professionally in 3 ATS formats - Once CV is updated update my LinkedIn profile o be a summary of my CV

I paid them upfront on the 20th of March the amount of R1150 and then things got underway. I had to provide a lot of information, which I did, however as time went by I just got more and more excuses as to why my CV and LinkedIn Profiles were not completed. I finally decided on the 8th of June to terminate their services as I was still not in possession of an updated CV. On LinkedIn they did join me to a few groups and changed a few things here and there, but the profile was still not re-written to be in sync with the updated CV(which they never did).

They gave me excuses saying they find it difficult and that I should rather get someone else to rewrite my CV, but they were not prepared to refund me my money, since they feel they added value to my LinkedIn profile. That is ******* and they can revert whatever few things they did there, as in the end, they did not deliver my CV and LinkedIn Profile as promised, and this is over 2 and a half months later.

They are now ignoring my e-mails, WhatsApps and phone calls.

The least they can do is re-imburse me as they did not deliver the final products I paid for, but they feel they don't need to.
