I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Literally the worst service ever. I am not going to try be professional about this. We had asked for a quote for e-commerce website development and marketing campaign. We sent them all the business logos and hex codes of the specific colors. When we received our 4 marketing images after 2 weeks, the logo had different Colors in the different designs - none of them contained even one of our company colors. We have received the link to our website (which they said we won’t regret by sticking to them as our web developers), terrible, really terrible, our brand has a unique, very simple idea, which is internationally recognizable - like a can of coke, but hashtag99 managed to create a website with no idea, no feel and no real identifiable look.

We have since not been able to reach them through WhatsApp or phone calls.

We need to get control of our website back so we can go ahead with a different web developing company. Our company is at a stand still because we cannot get hold of hashtag99.
