Shocking experience

The unproffressionalism received from Zodwa in managing my properties has been shocking to say the lease. Insenstive and disrespectul experience holistically. Keys missing, managing rental payments, upkeep of propoerties, lack of communication are only a few examples. What a sad experience, as we speak I am unable to communicate with her with regards to issues at properties. Please can someone with some sense and understanding have the decency to help me ? thank you Nathalie
