Debit order processed without my knowledge

i noticed in February that I was debited for an amount of R99 from DigiCash. I called in on 26 Feb and was informed of company called Hashtag world which requested the debit order.<br> I then called this company and queried about unknown debit order. I was told money will be refunded to me.till to date it has not been refunded. I called Friday, I was told it be refunded today. I called today and Frank advised it be refunded by Friday and they trying to investigate how come my account was debited. absolutely pathetic.
