Very bad customer service

Their customer service is nonexistent, the person who manages their WhatsApp line lacks professionalism and is apathetic. They took a deposit for a trip and demanded a full payment within 12 hours whereas the trip was over a month away and the date of final payment was communicated to them and at no point did they reject the date which was communicated to them, and they refused to refund the R4000 that was already paid to them.
