UNPROFESSIONAL

Whoever is responsible for your company's Whatsapp Number *** has shown nothing but rudeness and shown to be very unprofessional. I have to beg for a reply and now i have been asking and waiting for a response or a simple "we are sorry we cannot assist you or we are not interested in traveling with you" since the 10th of November but yet that person is online EVERYDAY. I will surely be telling friends and family even colleagues about the experience i have with your employees of which will end up ruining also your business in future. Even after i have sent another text today while that person was ONLINE HE/SHE DID NOT BOTHER TO REPLY.
