Unpaid refund, ********** business

I paid for a trip that was suppose to happen in August ,then the trip was cancelled so we were given an option to choose another trip or get a refund in 14 business days. I opted for the refund option, it's been almost 2 months now and my refund hasn't been paid and when i ask them on whatsapp it's either I get blue ticked or given an answer that doesn't make sense. I've tried calling them numerous times and the calls are unanswered. I don't understand why must I beg for my refund. I've sent banking details 3 times to them and they said someone from reg will call me even today I'm still waiting for the call. Their service deserves a zero star,they rip people off their hard earned money.
