Unpaid refund.

I booked a trip to Bali, Macau & Hong Kong. Paid monthly from October 2022, trip would commence in October 2023- total cost R20k. In August I received communication that the flights cost has exceeded the trip amount. Not sure why flight amount would change if prior booking/ payment was made. They send other options which was Egypt, Victoria Falls or Dubai alternatively one can cancel & a refund to be sent within 90 working days. I then opted to cancel as those were not my destination of choice.

It’s been over 100 working days & I still haven’t received a single cent. When I enquire they either don’t answer, they send repeated messages or are unprofessional & it’s like they don’t care.
