Poor Client Service

Four months later and the issue is still not resolved. The worst part is they aren't even acknowledging my request. Every time l reach out to them I must reiterate the incident. Its the same cycle over and over again. Its easy for them to ask for us to pay but when they don't deliver their promises, they fail to refund us what's due to us. I'm honestly so frustrated with this whole thing.
