No refund, ********** & a ****

We had booked for trip that was advertised for 7.2k dates 1-4 Sept they then required further amount 300 for accommodation 400 for flights 100 as a top up fee.when questioned about these additional amounts we had to pay they claimed it was because Kulula airlines was dissolved and they had to find another airline company.the additional accommodation amount they said it's to cushion against inflation as prices had increased and the additional R100 they said if we don't pay it we won't be part of the trip. So we obliged with all additional monies that had to be paid as we were eager to go on the trip and we had already invested money on the the trip. Closer to the day of the trip they change dates and claim it's because of the airline they could not find tickets for the advertised dates they then offered us a refund for those that cannotake the new date and those that can still continue with new dates may do so. I opted for the refund assuming it was a legitimate offer only to find out I would be going back and forth with their rude WhatsApp consultant. After all my new frustration I decided to visit their offices which they claim r in KZN gillits only to find out there are no such offices in the address they have provided. We were assisted by the community patrol company which said they don't have a travel agency operating in their restidential area. So again they r misleading and ********** activity. I have not received my refund till this day now they claim they r waiting for the airline agency to provide me with a voucher and the place where they booked accomodation to refund them so they can refund me.honestly this experience has been a total nightmare I have requested that they provide with the contact details of those who are supposed give my refund they claim that they can't do that.PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN DEALING WITH THIS AGENCY
