I enquired about a day trip to Suncity end of Feb 2023. Then I paid a deposit of R500. When I asked for more information all they wanted to know is if im ready to pay the balance . They refused to confirm my spot , they will respond to my text once a week until the date of travel passed.

I asked for my deposit back, they asked for my banking details which i gave, 2 weeks ago.

The last week March they claimed to have paid me back.

Today 10 April still they did not refund me they even blocked me on facebook saying asking for refund on comments is wrong
