Disappointing Service

After seeing the ADs on Facebook of all the adventures I eventually talked my friend into going to one of their hikes to check it out then later maybe go on their weekend trips. Its been over 6 months and we still haven't gone to even the hike. Communication is very poor and cancellations are not made in a timelous manner. I took a trip from JHB to DBN for a hike only for them to cancel it at 11pm the day before. When you nobody picks up, when you text the responses are satifactiory to say the least. I eventually resorted to asking for a refund over a month ago and I was told it would take 14-28 days to clear. After following up when the 28 days were long passed, the lockdown was used as an excuse with no apology no empathy. Mind you, the request for the refund was made long before the lockdown even begun. I've had it with all this running around, it's always one excuse after the next with them.
